Caregiver Wellness Programs are designed to help combat caregiver burnout and stress. Take advantage of our many caregiver wellness programs like fitness, meditation, yoga, nutrition and other stress-reduction classes we have available to help you. Remember, if you don't take care of yourself, you won't be able to care for anyone else.
This program is for people enrolled in the Hope and Healing Program. Learn three different breathing techniques to help them relax and de-stress. Each session starts with a brief meditation, followed by instructions on how to practice the three different breathing techniques. The session ends with a peaceful meditation.

Dance enhances your self-awareness as it can provide relief for a range of emotional and physical challenges. Dancing can have powerful therapeutic properties, helping heal the mind, body and soul.
