    This program is for people enrolled in the Hope and Healing Program. Learn three different breathing techniques to help them relax and de-stress. Each session starts with a brief meditation, followed by instructions on how to practice the three different breathing techniques. The session ends with a peaceful meditation.

    Dancing Join us for an afternoon of fun! Learn the art of Argentine Tango and Line dancing. Dance enhances your self-awareness as it can provide relief for a range of emotional and physical challenges. Dancing can have powerful therapeutic properties, helping heal the mind, body and soul. This is an in-person event offered.
